BS9 Arts Trail 2021

We are currently planning to hold the BS9 Arts Trail next summer, as a venue based trail that will conform to Covid Guidance for Public Events.

We shall circulate more up to date information, probably in October/ November.

In the meantime, we wish all our artists and patrons a healthy and productive year, and look forward to seeing you again at the next BS9 Arts Trail.

All the very best, BS9 Arts

Ceramics, drawing & oil painting

Linda uses oil paint, pencil crayon, pastel and ceramics to make 2D and 3D pieces often inspired  by her travels and her love of African arts. Though her degree is in Fine Art she has been increasingly drawn to working in clay, using hand building methods to produce plant pots, sculptures, 'facepots' and plaques.

Her 'Yogacats' have been very popular with yogis and cat lovers alike, and this year she has made a number of small cat and 'kitten' sculptures inspired by her own cats.

Linda likes to work with craftcrank stoneware clay for the colour and texture, but also for its durability so that her work can be placed indoors or outside in the garden.
