Registration 2026

We have had a high number of registrations this year and are now only accepting applications from artists with their own venue or artists wishing to go on our waiting list

 

PLEASE NOTE: the form will clear once you submit your entry and you will get a 'Thank you for your application' message

We are no longer taking applications for this year's trail. We will be reopening registration for the 2027 trail in November 2026  

 

Initial planning for the trail each year is done by a small, but dedicated team of volunteers. However, as you know, as the trail approaches, we do depend on other volunteers to take on a range of roles that you will see on the application form.

 

Everyone will be expected to show willing and to commit to at least one job on the form, attend the 2 meetings we hold and of course to help out with distributing the brochures.

To secure your place payment should be made by bank transfer to our Co-op bank account for £70.

*BS9 Arts Trail Cancellation Policy 2026. Our membership booking fee of £70.00 is non refundable. The £70.00 subscription covers any venue, up front costs of promoting the Trail, (printed marketing literature, banners and brochures, website design etc) and Public Liability Insurance for each artist. 

In the event the of any unforeseen, external occurrence leading to cancellation of the Trail the following will apply. As we get closer to the event, a greater proportion of the set up costs are incurred, thus making it difficult to guarantee a full refund for members. BS9 Arts Trail is a non-profit making voluntary run organisation. In the event that we are forced to cancel the BS9 Arts Trail and cannot reschedule another date, we will aim to refund members from the balance of the BS9 Arts Account, once all incurred set up costs have been covered. The remaining funds will be divided equally between all paid up members, so that a proportion of the £70.00 membership fee can be reimbursed. Should we need to resort to reimbursement of fees, we will publish all incurred costs at the time so that you can all see where any expenditure, if any, has gone. By booking your membership with BS9 Arts Trail 2025 you are agreeing to these terms.
