Rose Lafferty

Felted pictures

Rose Lafferty (also known as Rose Felt Inspired) is a fibre artist based in Portishead. 

She uses a combination of wet-felting and needle felting techniques to create unique and vibrant textural pictures.  

The pictures are usually inspired by nature, with waves and the sea being recurring themes. 

 Whilst Merino wool is the dominant material of most pictures, she also uses a variety of other wools and Materials such as silks, in the construction.
